All of my work is hand made by me, the artist. I create each piece "from scratch" and this allows me the freedom to give you exactly, or as close as possible, to what you are looking for. I enjoy making custom work for my customers. Nothing brings me greater pleasure than to make you the colors you want. As you have noticed, I do not charge anything extra for creating custom work. If there is a big difference from what you are seeing on my site to what you actually want I will fairly price the item as needed. If you have an idea about something you want that you do not see on this site PLEASE contact me about working together.

Please note that the hand made glass I am using sometimes has slight variations in every fusing process I use it in. Most often this variation is very slight and does not affect the actual color I offer. If for some reason you are not getting what you think you are getting please contact me and I will try to get it closer to you liking.

All work is guaranteed by me and any flaws or defects will be replaced free of charges.
Repairs (to my work only) are done for a small fee.
I cannot replace one earring if you lose one. I'm sorry but I have to make a new pair all at once and trying to match one you got years ago is not possible. If you lose a Space Ball earring you can order one alone and it will be very close to the original.

Payment is required upon ordering - if you need to pay in installments, just ask!

The way this website works is it will bring you directly to Pay Pal. Setting up an account is very easy and you can use this for many things on the web.

I can also accept Google Checkout, personal/business checks and money orders.

If you would like to pay with Google Checkout - just let me know and I will send you an invoice asap.

If a money order or check is sent, I will wait until I have it before sending the goods. Email me if you choose to do this and I will send you my address to send the payment to.

TAX: No tax for orders outside of Wisconsin, but for Wisconsin residents, it is 7%.

ORDERS:
All orders are usually shipped within 7 days of ordering is the piece is not complicated. If there is going to be a delay of any sort (if I happen to be doing an art fair or am out of town) I will be sure to let you know.

Shipping U.S. SHIPPING:
  I insure everything I send over $50. Items over $100 are shipped Priority with insurance. I ship USPS but can ship UPS or FedEx if desired, just ask! Items will be shipped when they are finished or after the final payment is made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Items under $100 are shipped USPS first class (AirMail). Items $100 and over are shipped Priority. Insurance is included on all packages, first class and priority. I am not however, in control of any customs fees. I cannot ship to all countries, but for ease, I do have "everywhere" listed. I reserve the right not not ship to you if there are restrictions for your country.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Pay Pal offers different shipping methods. If it's a special timing kind of order contact me directly and I'll work with the time frame and cost.

LOST ITEMS: I will do everything I can to work w/ you on locating the package including calling and talking to your postal carrier, though many times it might be easier for you to talk w/ your own carrier. If an item has been insured and needs to be replaced, there may be a waiting period on the insurance claim.

RUSH ORDERS: There is a $25 - $50 rush order fee for one item depending on how quickly you need it to be rushed and how complicated the piece is.

Refunds and Exchanges RETURNS: I try to describe things very accurately and give accurate measurements so you know what you are getting exactly before you buy it. If you have a question or concern about an item you are interested in, ask before you buy! If there is an issue after the fact, please by all means, let me know and we can work something out. I stand by the quality of my work but I cannot accept a returned item due to an error on anyone else's part. Returned items will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item. If returning an item, please make sure to insure it and package it as it was shipped. If receiving a refund, one will be given minus shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee. Most custom order items are not returnable. Some may be returned with either or 10% or 20% restocking fee. It will depend on the style, material and size (if it is a ring).

If the wrong size or color was ordered, I'm happy to exchange them for you! The buyer will pay shipping for both the return and the resending of the package. Payment can be included in the package or I can bill you through PayPal.
